We understand that from time to time plans change and your event must be cancelled.
Here is our cancellation policy:
- All retainer fees (deposits) are non-refundable. There is no further charge for cancellations made prior to 90 days before the date of your event.
- Payment of half (50 percent) of the full agreed-upon total rate for your event is expected to be paid to us for cancellations occurring between 30 and 90 days before your wedding.
- Full payment of your agreed-upon total rate is expected to be paid to us on any cancellations made less than 30 days prior to your event date.
